The college system in KSA adopts semester or hours- system. Many systems seek to reach an automation to control the work of these colleges, which work by the semester or hours system, with great flexibility and offering true solutions for all emergency cases without being forced to rebuild the system and maybe reconsider it again. Why ADREG ?

Let’s just imagine what is going on or happening during a day of work, or during a day at a college, through all the overlaps which occur between departments and specializations for one side, and between the students and the registration and acceptance administration moreover, between the students and students’ affair administration. Also, there is the fair and suitable distribution of lecturers according to sections and preparing study schedules with no overlaps, and preparing real examinations’ timetables. In addition, there is the distribution of supervisors according to each supervisor’s scientific record, and to assign and input of students’ marks with no possible way of cheating or manipulating. Moreover, you imagine how to graduate students with printing out all needed reports that can describe the student present situation. In addition to all what was mentioned, there are still many other special cases related to other sections or curricula or students, or even different cases that don’t follow the same procedures.

It’s quite enough to imagine a day of work at a college with five departments. Every department includes five majors and every major has two sections. The students registered in every section are twenty students and with this simple number of students. We can imagine the work done there, also the wasted time, without mentioning the possible human errors. This has greatly urged for an innovation of a system that controls all processes, overlaps and special cases…. and there the idea of (ADREG) System began…..
